Return Process

  Log into your Roarstore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
